• Compstruction offers its services on a per job basis with a free estimate for each project submitted. All we need to provide an estimate is a general description of the potential job. Our estimates or costs consistently fall between 3-8% of the remodeling costs, renovation costs or new construction costs. The larger the project the lower the percentage.
• Estimates are in US dollars and each price has a time allotment. Our costs are directly related to the amount of time our professional contractors spend on each project. Hence, each estimate reflects the number of hours projected to complete that job. All of our services can be billed at an hourly rate should the customer prefer.
