• Are you interested in the process of running your own home remodel, renovation or new construction project?  And, will you enjoy doing so?
• Do you have the capabilities to efficiently plan, manage and account for all aspects of your project?
• Do you have the time needed to successfully run your project?

It is our experience that if you answer these questions positively, you are the perfect candidate to act as the general contractor for your next home construction endeavour.

Once you have decided to manage your own job, organization will be your most important tool.  There are no limits to the amount of  word documents, spreadsheets, calendars, accounting charts, post-it notes, legal pads, etc. you will need to make your project run efficiently.  Furthermore, you can not begin too early or follow up often enough to keep your job on schedule.
